1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AVES Security, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the system.

2. What AVES Security Provides

AVES is a software-only security management system. It helps security personnel report, monitor, track, request permissions and maintain audit-ready documentation. We do not supply or control any hardware.

3. Access & Usage

Your access to AVES is licensed, not sold. You may use it only for authorized security operations. Any misuse, unauthorized access or violation of law through our system is strictly your responsibility.

4. Data Ownership & Responsibility

All data entered into AVES belongs to you or your organization. We provide the platform, but the accuracy, lawfulness and completeness of the data entered is your responsibility.

5. Service Uptime & Maintenance

We aim for 99.9% service uptime. Planned maintenance may cause temporary downtime, scheduled during low-activity hours when possible. Unplanned interruptions may occur. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, but we will always work to restore access quickly.

6. Security & Compliance

We follow strict security practices to safeguard your data. However, no system is 100% foolproof. You agree to take necessary precautions, including strong passwords, access controls and internal policies.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to timely payments as per the chosen plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Limitation of Liability

AVES Security is provided 'as is.' We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the system.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if terms are violated or if services are misused.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AVES after updates means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Johor, Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the courts/arbitration in that jurisdiction.
